was born Aaron Lee Lewis in Gallipolis, Ohio, New Years Eve.
When adopted by his step father that changed his last name to Morris.
All through-out his school career he was involved in vocal music, and
was even in a few different musical play productions for his first stage
experience. After joining the United States Army in 1980. He picked up
his first guitar in 1981 but didn't start playing seriously until 1984
after one of his friends showed him a scale and couple of power
chords he was pretty much self taught from then on out. Learning to
play to bands like Jimi Hendrix, Saxon, Iron Maiden, Boston, Deep
Purple, Scorpions, Black Sabbath, Ozzy just to name a few. His guitar
skills were tested everyday and he practiced anywhere from 6 to 10
hours a day.
He started writing poetry and started his first band in 1983 playing
cover songs, and has been in numerous cover bands throughout the
years. Jamming on stage with ex-members of Columbus based rock
band The Godz, and Money in his first original/cover band Araknid.
Opening up for club touring band Warcylde on numerous occasions in
his second cover/original band Blacke Thorne. Then in the third and
final cover/original band Murder One, the bass player Mike Davis was
killed in a car crash one week before their first gig. This devastated
Aarion, since Mike was a close friend who had been in a few bands
with him through-out the years. So Aarion continued to write his own
material lyrics as well as music, vowing never to play cover songs
again. Due to a pact that Mike and Aarion had made before he died.
With well over 200 poems and lyrics, in 1997 Aarion submitted some of
his lyric works to the International Poets Society. He was nominated
for Poet Of The Year that same year and has been nominated for the
same honor every year since. As well as receiving numerous editors
choice awards, and being inducted into the International Poets Hall Of
He has been published in various anthologies by the International
Poets Society, also a few of the Best Poets And Poems Of The Year
Anthologies, Who's Who In Poetry Anthology. He has also been
published by Famous Poets and Noble House Publishing in the U.K.
In the year 2001 due to a change in careers Aarion decided it was time
to get back into the music scene even though he had been writing and
recording material on his own, it was time to start another band. His
vision, all originals, no cover songs, so Heterodox Roxx was born.
Even though they recorded a complete album and was getting
world-wide recognition on Mp3.com, Aarion couldn't seem to keep the
other members focused on his vision. So after 3 line-ups Aarion
decided to promote the music himself. Aarion still has more songs to
add to Heterodox Roxx. But currently concentrating on his acoustic
project, and the Koalition project.

Since forming Koalition with Christopher Cook, Aarion has broadened
his horizons by becoming a BMI affiliate and registering his works, all
songs written or co-written by Aarion are registered with BMI.

Currently Aarion has written a total of 9 top 40 (in respected sub
genre) songs on his personal Soundclick mp3 site, written or co-written
5 top 40 (in respected sub genre) on his Heterodox Roxx Soundclick
mp3 site, and written or co-written 11 top 40 (in respected sub genre)

"I write about many different things. I look not only through ones eye,
but many. I write of truth, lies, and even death. I write of mystical, and
mythological beings. I also write of the future, and of the past. I write
of hopes, dreams, and reality. I have always aspired to be able to
reach everyone in the world with my words and my music. Thanks to
the Internet, I now have that chance."
